L train shut down

Yesterday someone in the HS411 Facebook group was asking about the impact the L train closing would have on Brooklyn Latin which is, I believe, off the Graham Avenue stop. I went to a meeting last night about the L train closing, hosted by a collection of Block associations, and basically the whole project is a mess.

This is an interesting article about how the train closure will affect students:

Both my kids ended up at high school in Brooklyn - we live in Manhattan - and we know the frustration of train delays. But the occasional line shut down or construction or sick passenger delay in nothing in comparison to the L train shut down.
