It’s already time to start populating fall calendars. Stuyvesant and Bronx Science have their fall open house info posted.

Bronx Science:

Wednesday, October 3, time TBD

This works the same as their spring open house. You show up and escort yourself around the building. They ask families to sign up (that link isn’t posted yet), but they don’t check anyone in.

Tuesday, October 9, 5-8pm
Manhattan and Brooklyn families

Wednesday, October 10, 5-8pm,
Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island families

If you can’t make it to the night you’re supposed to, borough-wise, no worries. Just go to the other open house. Stuy’s open house is open. There are no sign ups. This open house is also a tour. You wait outside the school on a seriously long line and are brought first into their auditorium, where you hear from the principal and some others. Then you’ll tour the building with student tour guides.

NOTE: all specialized high schools host open houses. Last year they took place in the 3 weeks before the SHSAT. As soon as more dates are publishes, I’ll let you know.

And, in case you forget to mark this info down somewhere, it’ll be posted in the IMPORTANT DATES section of the HS411 website.
