Someone asked a great question: do you find out your child’s SHSAT results and possible seat offer before you submit main round applications? That makes sense, as specialized high school rankings are submitted at the test itself.
quick notes (I’ll repeat these again closer to the test):
yes, kids list their ranked schools on the test itself
no, you do NOT need to rank all 8 test in schools
you can list only one specialized school if you want
But, the answer is nope. You get all results on one offer letter in late February/early March. Kids can get multiple offers. ONE main round, ONE specialized test in, ONE or more LaGuardia disciplines. Again, ALL that info is listed on that one offer letter.
